This application is for initiating the process to become a potential citizen of Northudankton. Submission of this application does not guarantee acceptance as a citizen. This is the first step in a comprehensive and structured pathway to citizenship, which aligns with Northudankton's commitment to its values and governance.
Please be aware that this application begins with Stage 1, encompassing Initial Contact and Expression of Interest, followed by Inquiry and Information Gathering, and Cultural Immersion. Successful progression through these stages, including Provisional Citizenship and Active Community Integration, is mandatory before consideration for Permanent Citizenship and Civic Engagement can occur.

All citizens of Northudankton are granted the following rights and privileges:
- Right to Asylum: In the event of a fascist uprising, societal collapse, war, or apocalyptic event, citizens of Northudankton have the right to seek asylum and protection within the nation.
- Residency Application in Esis Beola: All citizens are eligible to submit an application for residency in Esis Beola, the designated public housing units, upon their opening.
- Fundamental Rights and Freedoms: Citizens of Northudankton enjoy fundamental rights and freedoms that shall not be infringed upon or restricted except as provided the Northudankton Constitution and Bill of Rights 2023.
- Equality and Non-Discrimination: Citizens are protected against discrimination based on race, color, gender, religion, national origin, disability, or any other status. The government takes affirmative actions to promote equality and address historical injustices.
- Freedom of Expression and Information: Citizens have the right to freedom of expression, including the freedom to seek, receive, and impart information and ideas of all kinds. Freedom of the press and media is protected, and censorship is only imposed as provided by law to protect public safety, national security, and the rights and reputation of others.
- Right to Privacy and Personal Data Protection: Citizens have the right to privacy, including the protection of their private life, correspondence, and communications. Personal data is protected, and individuals have the right to access, control, and rectify their personal information, subject to reasonable limitations as prescribed by law.
- Right to a Fair Trial and Due Process: Citizens have the right to a fair and public trial by an impartial tribunal. The accused are presumed innocent until proven guilty and have the right to legal representation and a fair hearing.
