- The Chewing Gum Ban of the Community of Duikienin
Preamble
Dear Citizens of the Community of Duikienin,
We, the Northudankton High Council, are pleased to introduce a new law that will be implemented within our community - the Chewing Gum Ban. This law has been passed in response to the growing concern of the negative effects that chewing gum has on our environment and society.
As we all know, chewing gum is a common habit among many individuals. However, the improper disposal of chewing gum has become a serious issue that affects our community in various ways. The sticky substance of chewing gum can cause damage to public property, such as sidewalks, buildings, and park benches, and cleaning it up is a costly and time-consuming process. Furthermore, chewing gum has become a significant source of litter that pollutes our streets, waterways, and natural environment.
The Chewing Gum Ban is a vital step towards creating a cleaner, safer, and healthier environment for all. This law aims to minimize the negative impact that chewing gum has on our community and promote responsible and sustainable behavior among our citizens.
We understand that this new law may cause some inconvenience for those who enjoy chewing gum, but we believe that the benefits of this ban outweigh the drawbacks. By working together and complying with this new law, we can create a more sustainable and thriving community for ourselves and future generations.
We urge all citizens of the Community of Duikienin to comply with the Chewing Gum Ban and contribute to creating a cleaner and healthier environment for our community. Together, we can make a positive impact and create a better future for ourselves and our planet.
Sincerely, The Northudankton High Council
Argument for: The Chewing Gum Ban in the Community of Duikienin
Introduction: The Community of Duikienin is a peaceful and harmonious society where the well-being of its citizens is of utmost importance. However, recent incidents involving the improper disposal of chewing gum have raised concerns regarding the cleanliness and hygiene of our community. As a result, a new law is being proposed to ban the sale, distribution, and possession of chewing gum within the boundaries of the Community of Duikienin.
Body Paragraph 1: Chewing gum is a major contributor to litter and waste in the Community of Duikienin. Improperly disposed of gum sticks to sidewalks, public areas, and other surfaces, making them unsightly and difficult to clean. The cost of cleaning up this litter is substantial and diverts resources away from other important community initiatives.
Body Paragraph 2: Chewing gum is also a potential health hazard. When improperly disposed of, gum can become a breeding ground for bacteria and germs, posing a health risk to our citizens. Additionally, gum can be a choking hazard, particularly for young children. The ban on chewing gum in the Community of Duikienin will help to address these concerns and ensure the safety and well-being of our citizens.
Body Paragraph 3: The ban on chewing gum in the Community of Duikienin is also in line with our commitment to sustainability and environmental conservation. Chewing gum is made from synthetic materials that are not biodegradable and can take years to break down. By banning the sale, distribution, and possession of chewing gum, we are taking a step towards reducing our carbon footprint and promoting a more sustainable community.
Counterargument: Opponents of the chewing gum ban may argue that it infringes on personal freedom and individual rights. However, it is important to note that the ban is a necessary measure to protect the health, safety, and well-being of our community. Additionally, there are many other alternatives to chewing gum that can be used to freshen breath and promote oral health.
Conclusion: In conclusion, the proposed ban on chewing gum in the Community of Duikienin is an important measure to promote cleanliness, hygiene, and sustainability. It is a necessary step towards ensuring the well-being of our citizens and preserving the beauty of our community. The enforcement of this law will be done through community outreach, education, and penalties for violators. The Duikienin community is committed to upholding this law and ensuring the continued success and prosperity of our community.

Section 7: Effective Date
This law shall take effect immediately upon its publication and shall apply to all sales, distributions, and consumption of chewing gum within the Community of Duikienin on or after its effective date.
This law is passed in order to promote the health and cleanliness of our community, as well as to reduce the environmental impact of discarded chewing gum. The Northudankton High Council recognizes the negative effects of chewing gum on the environment and the difficulty of removing it from surfaces such as sidewalks, public transit systems, and public buildings. In addition, the Council is concerned about the potential health hazards associated with the ingestion of chewing gum, particularly for children who may accidentally swallow it. The Council believes that this ban on chewing gum is necessary to protect the well-being of our community and to promote a cleaner and healthier environment for all.
